How to switch to Public DNS settings.
Article Sometimes users are unable to get to their websites even though the website is up, or seems to beup. Use the following URL to check if website is up and running - http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/#

The problem may lay with the ISP and their DNS server not being updated with the correct Domain Address for the website. You may want to try switching your PC DNS (Domain Name System) settings to a public DNS address. The document, Setup Public DNS Server in the Downloads area, shows how to do this on the Windows XP operating system, but the concepts and steps should be similar to be used for Windows Vista.

If the website comes up using the public DNS setting then your ISP is having problems with the website address, and you will want to contact them to report the problem.

If the website still does not come up and you are a WebtomiX client, please contact WebtomiX support and we will investigate the issue. [file name=Setup_Public_DNS_Servers.pdf size=1177794]http://www.webtomix.com/images/fbfiles/files/Setup_Public_DNS_Servers.pdf[/file]
